About Hoda Lacey Consulting

Hoda Lacey consulting is managed by Hoda Lacey and has been in business since 1993. She understands and has wide experience of industry, people, organisations and the issues that clients are facing, following 15 years of corporate experience, up to board level.

Hoda says – ”I am committed to personal and professional development and I believe that the corporate health of an organisation – the structure, the culture and  the values - have a crucial part to play for success in business and organisational reputation”.

Hoda Lacey has a Masters in Personal and Organisational Development. She is a practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and holds Diplomas in Systems Thinking, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Executive Coaching and Stress Management. She is an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and council member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Travel Industry Group.

She speaks at conferences and seminars, contributes regularly to the Travel Trade Gazette and Travel Bulletin.   In addition, she is the author of ‘How to Resolve Conflict in the Workplace’.
