Case Study one:A public sector service which needed focus to implement a radical new client care strategy involving major change, redundancies, and re-structure. We held focus groups, Away days and change management awareness workshops. The result: The required changes were brought about with the various silos and individual disagreements coming together to implement the changes as one unit. Case Study two:A medium sized tour operator restructured their largest sales department. The changes involved redundancies and the creation of new positions. We worked in partnership with the sales director on a one to one basis involving 2 two-hour business consultation sessions. The sales director finalized her strategy, involving and engaging the management team in the planning of the new structure. The result: Through a process of coaching her management team, and rolling it out to the new sales team, the changes were made with the minimum of pain. the new structure is now in place, bringing about increased effectiveness with cost savings. Case StudyA division of a major travel agency had major problems with the team accusing the manager of a bullying and aggressive management style. The problem had escalated to disciplinary level. We used a combination of investigation into the root causes, coaching, mediation and team building.
